“No Pátio Azul” (On the Blue Patio)  is an artistic project about the creation of dolls and poetic imagery that reflects the human condition. The doll installation will be a permanent rotating exhibition in Torrão, changing 4 times a year according to the seasons: Spring, Summer, Autumn and Winter, coinciding with solstices and equinoxes. The designated showcase space in Torrão for the dolls is a closed storefront (former bank, in Praça Bernardino Ribeiro – Torrão). The audience can observe the installation at designated viewing stations located outside the building. Inside, different scenes will be built with the dolls, in conjunction with various objects to create scenes with narrative tension.
