The TARS Cultural Association and Convento da Terra are pleased to host the exhibition of plastic works by students from the 2nd and 3rd cycles of the Torrão School Group.
Developed in the disciplines of Visual Education and Technological Education with pedagogical guidance from Professor Tiago Bacalhau, the projects were developed around such challenging themes as Peace and Freedom – with Picasso’s “Guernica” as a reference work -; the Sustainable Development Goals – Quality education, Gender equality and Reducing inequalities; Love and Light – in a challenge proposed by Christie’s; Kandinsky, the Landscape and the Look – the latter centered respectively in the municipality of Alcácer do Sal and Torrão.
The exhibition is divided into six modules:
1. Drawings – the Peace and Values of April
2. Picture Postcards – sustainable development goals
3. Love and Light – harmony, manifestations
4. A look at Kandinsky
5. Collage landscape of my municipality
6. A look at Torrão
